appointment policy

We require payment in full before booking any service. We do this to ensure that our clients will keep their appointments. You may call our office during business hours to reserve your appointment from 9am-5pm Monday-Friday and 9am-1pm on Saturdays. We will call to confirm 1-2 days before your scheduled appointment. If we are unable to reach you, we will assume that you are confirmed. If you need to cancel an appointment, please call and let us know within 24 hours. Because our business runs on a tight schedule we need adequate time to fill the open position with waiting clients. If you fail to cancel your appointment in the allotted time we will charge a $20 “no show” fee on the arrival of your next appointment.

Please arrive 15-20 min early for your appointment to allow a stress-free check-in, use of the restroom, and changing time.

Faces By Design is committed to respecting your privacy and recognizing your need for appropriate protection and management of personally identifiable information you share with us.  The purpose of this privacy policy is to inform you what personally identifiable information or personal information we may collect from you when you visit our website, how we use such information, and the choices you have regarding our use of, and your ability to review and correct the information.

As part of our commitment to your privacy, Faces By Design support and adhere to the guidelines and practices adopted by the Direct Marketing Association’s “Privacy Promise to American Consumers.”  We have agreed to (1) provide customers with notice of their ability to opt out of information rental, sale exchange with other marketers: (2) honor customer requests not to share their information with other marketers and (3) honor customers’ request not to receive mail, telephone or other solicitations from Faces by Design.

In general, you can visit our web page without telling us who you are or revealing any personal information about yourself. Individual users will remain anonymous, unless you voluntarily tell us who you are.

There may be times (such as when you subscribe to a service, register to receive emails, participate in contests, or promotions etc.) at which we ask you to provide certain information about yourself such as your name, address, telephone number, email address, credit card information, birthday, gender etc. Whether or not to provide such information is completely your own choice. But if you choose not to provide this information we request, you may be unable access certain services, offers and content on our website.
